  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship orders within 1-5 business days after your purchase. For customers within Taiwan, you can expect delivery within 2 - 5 days.

For our international customers, please allow for a longer shipping time of at least 15 - 30 days, or potentially more, for your package to reach you. Please note that while we strive to ensure a timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We recommend tracking the status of your order using the provided tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is beyond our control. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages and cannot assume responsibility for any lost mail or shipping delays.

  • How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

  • What is our return/exchange policy?

Please note that all sales are FINAL, and we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective item, we kindly request that you contact us with photos of the defect via Instagram (@wackyworld_studio) within 72 hours of receiving the item. We will do our utmost to assist you with the issue and find a resolution.

  • Can I cancel or edit my order?

We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your order before placing it, as we strive to process orders quickly. We can guarantee order cancellations or changes within 3 hours of order placement.

Once your package is marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and we are unable to make any further changes to your order. Thank you for your understanding.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

We utilize Taiwan(R.O.C) Post, EMS, and DHL as our shipping carriers, depending on what options are available for each specific country. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.

  • I don't think my order went through but my card was charged?

If you believe your order did not go through, don't worry. Sometimes, you may see failed transactions temporarily appearing in your bank history. These should automatically disappear within a couple of days because your payment did not go through successfully.
